Responsible Play

Kclap is for fun. Here's how to keep it that way, and where to get help if it stops being fun.

Keep it fun

Kclap is free and for entertainment only. There is no real money and nothing to win. Even so, any game can take up more time than you meant to spend. These simple habits help:

  • Decide how long you'll play before you start, and set a timer.
  • Take a break at least every hour.
  • Don't play when you're upset, tired or trying to escape a problem.
  • Keep other hobbies and time with people you care about.

Signs to look out for

  • Playing for much longer than you planned, again and again.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you can't play.
  • Missing sleep, work, study or plans to keep playing.
  • Thinking that winning in free games means you'd win at real-money gambling.
  • Feeling the urge to move on to real-money gambling.

If any of these sound familiar, it's a good time to take a break and talk to someone.

Tools we offer

You can ask Player Care to:

  • Take a break: pause your account for a period you choose, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
  • Restrict your account: limit sign-ins for a longer period, up to 5 years.
  • Delete your account: or do it yourself straight away from My account.

18+ and UK only

Kclap is only for adults 18 and over who live in the United Kingdom. We ask every visitor to confirm their age and location, and every new account must confirm it again. If you share a device with anyone under 18, sign out when you finish and consider parental controls such as those built into your device, browser or broadband.
