About our games
All 31 games on Kclap are our own. They are built by our team and hosted on our own server in the /our-games/ folder, then shown inside each game page in a secure frame. There's nothing to download and no third-party game studio involved.
- Play with or without an account. Every game opens for guests. Signing in adds XP to your level and remembers what you played.
- Reel games and instant games. Reel games are spin-style games with themed symbols. Instant games such as Keno, Plinko and Diamond Scratch finish in seconds.
- Any modern browser. Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on phones, tablets and computers. Use Full screen for the best view.
- For fun only. In-game coins and Kclap coins have no cash value and can't be bought, withdrawn or exchanged.
Coins, XP and levels
New accounts start with 50,000 coins. Collect a daily bonus of 5,000 coins and 50 XP once every 24 hours from My account. Opening a game earns 25 XP (once per game every 10 minutes). Each level needs a little more XP than the last and adds 2,500 coins when you reach it. Tiers go Rookie, Challenger, Pro, Elite and Legend.
How we keep your login safe
Every form on Kclap, from sign-up and sign-in to the contact form, is sent to our server and processed there. Nothing about your account is worked out in your browser, and no database tables, queries or account data are ever shown in the page.
- Hashed passwords. Your password is turned into a one-way hash with PHP's built-in
password_hashbefore it's saved. We can check it, but nobody, including us, can read it. - Protected account files. Each account is saved as its own file in a private folder on our server. That folder is blocked from the web, and each file starts with a guard line so it can't be opened in a browser even if the folder settings change.
- Private session cookie. Once you sign in, one essential cookie (
kclap_sid) keeps you signed in. It's marked HttpOnly, so scripts on the page can't read it, and it's sent only over secure connections. - Lockout on wrong passwords. Five wrong passwords in a row pause sign-in for that account for 15 minutes.
- Google sign-in. If you continue with Google, Google confirms your identity and shares only your name and verified email. We never see your Google password.
- No payment details. We don't sell anything, so we never ask for card or bank details.
Tips for a safe account
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
- Sign out on shared computers.
- We will never ask for your password by email or chat.
- If something looks wrong, contact us straight away.

Common questions
A game won't load. What should I do?
Press Restart under the game, then refresh the page. Check that your browser is up to date and that you're online. If it still won't load, tell us which game and device you're using.
I forgot my password.
Send us a message with the topic "Forgot password" from the email address on your account. For your safety we never send or ask for passwords by email.
Can I change my username?
Not yet from the account page. Write to us from your account email and we'll change it for you if the new name is free.
Why doesn't my coin balance match the one inside a game?
Your Kclap balance and level belong to your account. Each game also shows its own in-game coins for that session. Neither has any cash value.
Can I play on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in on any device and your coins, level and recent games come with you, because they're stored on our server.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, go to My account and use Delete account. It removes your account file from our server straight away. You can also ask Player Care to do it.
