About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Kclap website at kclap.com, including every game, account and form on it ("Kclap", "we", "us"). By using Kclap you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Who can use Kclap
Kclap is only for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By using Kclap, and again when you create an account, you confirm that you meet both conditions. We may ask for confirmation and may close any account where we believe the user is under 18 or outside the UK.
Free to play: no real money
Kclap is a free-to-play entertainment website. All of our games are our own and are played for fun only.
- There is no real-money gambling on Kclap. You can't deposit, stake or win money.
- Coins, XP, levels and in-game balances are virtual. They have no cash value and can't be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or prizes.
- We may change, reset or remove virtual items, for example to fix an error, and you have no claim to them.
- Success in a free game doesn't mean you would succeed at real-money gambling.
Your account
You can play every game as a guest. If you create an account, you agree to:
- give a real email address you can access, and a username that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else;
- keep your password private and not share your account;
- hold only one account;
- tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Accounts are stored on our server. Passwords are saved only as a secure one-way hash. You can delete your account at any time from My account.
Acceptable use
When using Kclap you must not:
- use bots, scripts or automation to play games, collect bonuses or create accounts;
- try to access other accounts, our server folders or any part of the website not meant for you;
- copy, change or redistribute our games, art, code or content;
- send abusive, unlawful or spam messages through our forms;
- do anything that disrupts the website for other players.
Our games and content
All games, artwork, text, logos and code on Kclap belong to Kclap or are used with permission. You may play them for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. Games are provided "as is"; we work to keep them running smoothly but can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account, without notice, if it breaks these Terms, if we believe the user is under 18 or outside the UK, or to protect other players or the website. You can ask us to pause, restrict or close your account at any time through Player Care.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Because Kclap is free and for entertainment only, we're not liable for any loss of virtual items, or for indirect loss arising from your use of the website, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll show a notice on the website. Continuing to use Kclap after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
